The Kansas House passed gun license reciprocity bill that will allow 18 to 20-year-olds to get a concealed carry license in Kansas by a margin of 85-38. The bill now heads to the Senate. The bill in the Kansas House moved forward allowing 18 to 20-year-olds the option to concealed carry has passed.
