STILLWATER NEWS PRESS December 6, 2017 – My neighbor told me he had a Colt Bisley in 32-20 calilber. His uncle had carried it as sheriff of Copan, Oklahoma, in the 1930s. I had never heard of a “Bisley” Colt. The Colt Bisley was manufactured primarily for target shooting at first, in lighter calibers, say .32 and up.
