Pheasant hunting tradition involves family, stories
DAILYLEADEREXTRA.COM – “You’ve heard about entrapment,” Randy Hoffman said, beginning one of those stories that seems to be part of the tradition, recalling incidents that occurred in previous years when pheasant hunting with friends or family members. Hoffman’s story happened to involve a conservation officer who is also his nephew, Cody Symens. They were walking through a slough when a bird was flushed. “He yells out, `Rooster.’ Then he says, `No, hen’,” Hoffman said, finishing the story to the laughter of those present. [full article]
